I started in 1999 with a renovation company in Vancouver, gaining hands-on experience in rot removal, waterproofing, and material sequencing. Learning from seasoned carpenters, I quickly advanced from laborer to junior carpenter

Ryan McMillan
CEO & Owner
I started in 1999 with a renovation company in Vancouver, gaining hands-on experience in rot removal, waterproofing, and material sequencing. Learning from seasoned carpenters, I quickly advanced from laborer to junior carpenter.
With a growing passion for structure, I joined a concrete forming and framing company, refining my skills before becoming a foreman for Langara Developments in 2006.
I later worked on major projects like the RAV Line SkyTrain tunnel and TV Towers, mastering formwork systems.
Moving into management, I climbed the ranks at Big Rock Built Construction Group, from superintendent to Vice President of Business Development, overseeing a team of 50–60 employees.

The next step was founding TRIBAL Construction Ltd, evolving from TRIBAL Framing & Forming. With expertise in wood framing, concrete forming and finishing, we continue to grow, taking on new challenges and building lasting client relationships.
